Check in went smoothly and the front desk associate was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the feather pillows quickly depressed and became as soft as concrete under my head. This made a great night's sleep impossible. Breakfast was excellent and the eating area was spacious and comfortable.

The Day Shift Desk person was not very accommodating with changing rooms due to having a plugged up toilet. He said he would send up a plunger for us to unclog the toilet. We left for four hours and after returning the toilet was still plugged up. I went to the front desk and the guy said he would give me a plunger. He said we must have plugged it up and we needed to unplug it. I told him if the plunger wasn’t attached to a maintenance man don’t bother sending up a plunger. I told him it was not our job to do their maintenance for them. I requested to be moved to a new room and with some hesitation on his part, he said he would call me in a few minutes to let us know what room he could move us to. After an hour of waiting, I returned to the front desk and he was gone, his shift was over. He never even left a message with the 2nd Shift person. The 2nd Shift person was extremely helpful, accommodating and apologetic for the Day Shift person. We were given a new room that turned out to be a very clean room and had a working toilet!

Room had not been renovated in some time and was not properly represented by the photos online. Neighboring rooms could be heard easily at normal speaking volumes and the dinging elevator could be heard down the hall from the room. The elevator was a bit shaking going up and down. The breakfast was okay, however the weekend hours started a bit later that I would have liked. The staff was very friendly though.
