“SATISFIED”
VERY CLEAN, VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. THEY ARE IN THE PROCESS OF RENOVATING SOME OF THE ROOMS.
“Houston Crowne Plaza - Great for Runners!”
I was in a Houston for the Houston Marathon and 1/2 Marathon - the hotel totally catered to us runners. They have a free shuttle and they started it early - at 5:00 am - to take us to the race start line; they had coffee in the lobby at 5:00 am; they offered us late check out. All things that are really important to folks in town for a race. Great job!!

The Crowne Plaza was convenient to many attractions. The shuttle service provided access throughout downtown. The hotel staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. We had a fun stay in Houston.

Service was great, very friedly and helpful with all of our questions. Checked in with my father for a birthday weekend as was given two free breakfast coupons. Parking is relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the area and you have in/out privelages.I would stay at this hotel again if ever in houston.
“Very pleasant”
Clean, friendly downtown hotel. Room was quiet, bed was VERY comfortable (thanks to memory foam mattress). The free Shuttle service to downtown locations dropped us off right at the home plate gate of Minute Maid park, then picked us up outside of a pub after the game. Made life much easier, and saved us the cost of parking at the game.
