“Was all that I needed...and more!”

My flight was late so checked in a bit past midnight. Was greeted by the night shift staff & check in was uneventful & routine. I was scheduled to stay 3 nights only then check into a different hotel closer to the airport for the remaining 2 nights of my visit. However, my room was clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, good housekeeping, pleasant front desk staff & convenient complimentary breakfast so I remained there the entire 5 days! The price was affordable and with easy access to The Galleria area for great shopping, Dining and any other retail that's desired. I will definitely stay there again for my next visit to Houston!

“Nice place to stay”

This is a nice inexpensive place to stay close to the galleria. The only problem I had was at checkin, the hotel clerck would not allow me to check in until 3:00 pm or after.

“great hotel for people on budget”

this was my second visit to this hotel, and next time i'm in Houston, i'll pick this one again.the staff is extremely friendly and professional. the hotel is located a little farther from the places i had to go to, but for the money that i paid for it, i got exactly what i wanted: nice room, great service.

Great location, great service, and even the continental breakfast options were upgraded from previous visits! We will return here again and again!

Though pounded by Hurricane Ike, this hotel was still in repair mode but the staff was doing well to keep things ship shape. The cable package is still the worst of anyplace we've ever lodged, and the holiday weekend left the staff a bit short handed this thanksgiving. But those serving us did everything humanly possible to make our stay very, VERY nice, and we greatly appreciated their efforts.

“Nice place”

This hotel was remodeled last year and looked like it. Very good condition. A little noisy at times but not to the point of keeping me awake. Front desk staff was pleasant but could have been a little more welcoming.

“Days Inn Galleria”

Nothing fancy, but clean, roomy, comfortable bed, inexpensive. Good place to sleep and get a little paperwork done. Plenty of eateries close by.

“Good, but could be better”

This was my 4th stay at this hotel in the past two years. The cable TV package is the worst I've seen at a hotel. It needs the weather channel and some ESPN. It had the same PBS station on 2 channels as well as the same technology program (on 2 separate channles) Otherwise, a good overall experience.
