“Very good value for money in a central Gslleria loacation.”

The suites are well suited for family stays as there is a separate pull out couch in living room and a separate bedroom - king or 2 queens. Queens are recommended as these rooms are larger. Be sure also to get a room with balcony. Very friendly, polite and helpfull staff.

“Watch for Mold”

The bathroom plumbing had evidently been fixed or redone as the re-tiling was uneven and possibly done improperly--the wall board on the shower head side bulged inward. Uneven tiling evidently made it more difficult to clean as there was mold evidence around grout and caulking--but on that wall only. The warm cookies waiting in the afternoon were delicious and the staff largely pleasant and helpful. One garage attendant didn't check our pass as we left--just raised the arm without looking at us and continued texting on his cellular.

“I see myself staying here again.”

Enjoyed the hotel cookies and complimentary cold drinks. The location was fantastic right next to the mall, and we enjoyed the pool in the evenings. Clean rooms and good service.

“Good place to stay”

This was a very good hotel for us to stay. I had a wedding to attend but wanted to go shopping the following day. It was in a great location downtown next to shopping malls and resturants. Beds were great. We did find ants in the place because the previous customer had left cereal hidden by the night stand. But front desk to care of putting us in another room ASAP. Great hotel.

“Felt like Home!!!”

Was a weekend getaway. We wanted to relax and enjoy the city. We didn't have to even leave the room for anything. Every comfort was met. We thoroughly enjoyed the bed. We were afraid to lay in the bed, because we knew we were well on our way to sleep. It was fabulous!! I can't wait to go back.

“Clean, convenient and quiet!!”

Our checkin was easy and organized. The staff was very helpful. Rooms were large and clean. Hotel is convenient to major roads and highways. Additional towels were brought quickly and with a smile. I can't say enough about our experience. There are numerous restaurants within strolling distance and the Galleria shopping experience is an invigorating walk away.

“Nice hotel convenient location”

You can tell hotel is old, location is ideal, sorrounding shops and mall is within walking distance, the room was huge and clean with a great view, the hotel appears old and worn but service was good. Would recommend and probably stay again.

“Great location and space for a family”

We stayed here for 2 nights with our two small children. It was lovely having our own space for sleeping, and the kitchen was handy for the little ones. My only complaint: the pool was ice cold! Other than that, we had a great stay.
