“Above and Beyond”
I have special dietary needs and had to bring my own bread (not made w/ flour) and my own fruit and some oat bran that needed to be prepared. I asked the waitress if she would prepare the food for me and I was able to order eggs and coffee off the menu. She was very helpful, fixed the food exactly as I had requested, and she was very kind and friendly. My bed and room were very comfortable. Usually, in hotels, the pillows are awful, but even the pillows were comfortable. I very much enjoyed my stay and the staff were all VERY nice and helpful!

I totally loved staying in this hotel! The room was really nice for a recent college grad out on her own exploring the city. I believed it to be a great price for the room. The bed was luxurious looking as well as comfortable. The room was nice and upscale business looking. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I hate cramped bathrooms and this was definitely not the case. This was great for a little fancy luxury get away.

I've been staying at this hotel for a few years now when coming to Houston for Work. The quality of the hotel, the friendly staff, And proximity to my office in Greenway Plaza make it a place I look forward to going to everytime I go there. I'll be back and can't wait.

Loved the location and price was reasonable. Did not stay for breakfast. Very comfortable pillows and bed. Loved the Galleria area of Houston.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. I feel I got a great rate for the location in Houston. The bed was very comfortable and I liked that they offered complimentary water. I didn't get a chance to explore much as I was very busy during my stay but I found the office staff to be very friendly and attentive. The hotel also had very adequte parking. I would definitely stay there again.

Good location close to downtown, midtown and the Reliant Park. Would consider staying here again.

We arrived 2 hours before check-in and the front desk agent was able to get us a room quickley. She was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
