If you have never been to Houston before it is a tricky place to travel around. This hotel is situated beside the 610 freeway and northwest highway. Only a half hour from airport and close to downtown. Very clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable experience; Some slight issues with TV not receiving Digital signal. Service guy was able to solve problem after reported. Clean rooms and updated design and decor. Rates were great for the Memorial Day weekend. Have stayed here on numerous visits.

The staff was incredibly friendly and informative. The hotel was beautiful--- it was clean, comfortable, and modern. It was in a nice business neighborhood. Happy that I was able to spend my holiday there.

We stayed with a pet as well. There is no pet fee if the dog is under 20lbs i believe. The shuttle to and from the galleria was great too! The bad part is that there is a lot of construction going on in that area :-( but even being right off 610 i didnt hear any traffic sounds as some other ppl said in their review.

Excellent overall, including immediate, without fuss or delay check-in at 1am due to delayed fight arrival at Houston. Only one small irritation - the key card needed a change on the second day.
“The Cloud!!! :)”
We really just loved everything about the hotel, from convenience to comfort. Our nickname for the beds became the "cloud" because it was the MOST COMFORTABLE bed in the world, combined with the blankets and pillows. Anything extra as far as towels or toilet paper or anything else we needed was given right away. We also were staying with a bunch of people for a wedding and the people at the front desk really accomodated us and put our rooms close to each other so we could spend more time together. It was an overall wonderful experience. Nothing at all to complain about!!!!
“IT'S MY FAVORITE HOUSTON DESTINATION.”
THIS IS MY FOURTH STAY AND HAVE ENJOYED THEM ALL. THE STAFF HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. DINED IN THE RESTAURANT AND IT WAS GREAT. IN SHORT ALL MY NEEDS WERE MET...COULDN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT A THING.
