“2-10-12 stay”

The front desk clerk at check in was the most friendly and accommodating individual encountered in many hotel stays.

“Night staff needs better training”

Several members of staff need training. After a smooth check-in (by the manager), I was awakended at midnight by someone entering my room with a key. Apparently, the night staff assigned my room to a late arrival.....things were more irritating after I when out to breakfast the next morning...... I could not re-enter my room because the night staff had erased my code key when it gave out keys to the late arrival guy. The manager is competent and friendly, but he needs to train his staff.
