“Out of town but excellent”
This hotel is on the fringes of Hue, but as the city is not large and taxis are very cheap that is not a major problem. If you wish to walk to the citadel, it would take about half an hour. The service is excellent : laundry is done cheaply and quickly, excellent and well-priced tours are available, the staff are very friendly, and there are three free and fast internet terminals. The only thing I missed was a safe for my passport in the room, but reception kept it for me reliably. The rooms are superb value for the price. It's not the lap of luxury but it is very good and wonderfully cheap.

“Best Little New Hotel in Hue”
If the employees spoke better English I'd say this is an excellent hotel. They certainly did TRY hard but certainly not fluent in English. Another guest there was fluent which helped, but when the conversation was limited to the hotel services the employees were great. The launguage was a problem when I asked for other info Re: tours etc etc. The hotel is NEW very clean and the standard room was huge for the price.Quiet and has inexpensive laundry services. They are willing to do anything for you. Breakfast included is limited to eggs and bread so don't be expecting a hot meal, however I don't expect anything when breakfast is included and get this. FREE INTERNET services, their attitude there is " we will do our best just ask" I would stay there again and strongly recommend it. It is a little off the beaten path but HUE is so small it is no big deal.
