“enjoyable stay”
An excellent place to stay complemented by superb leisure facilities.My only disappointment would be its location, although easy to travel to other places.
“Good value for money”
Stuck in a scrubby residential neighborhood, but cheerful enough on the inside. Staff were very accommodating in making a room with a double bed into two twins for our children. There really are no restaurants nearby, so we ate dinner in the main restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food.
“Suited our needs perfectly!”
We had to fly home for a funeral so we needed somewhere convenient. Although I am used to Australian hotels, this hotel was just lovely and I don't have any complaints. Their rooms were modern and we loved the Wi-fi access because we could talk to our daughter via skype everyday. I wish I'd had more time to swim or use their gym though... but I didn't even think to bring any bathers.
“acceptable”
Room was fine although rather hot, when I opened the window I was faced with ducting and noise from this all night long. The food was ok in the evening, we ate in the room for the same price as the grill. The breakfast was excellent. Would have scored the cleanliness higher as the room was spotless but the toilet seat was soiled. Great that they had childrens swimming all morning on sunday. Overall a good hotel for the price we paid but wouldnt pay top rates.

second floor room was a bit too warm and hard to get ti tto cool down after recent two days at 24C.

“Hotel good, but most uncomfortable beds ever”
Hotel was clean and modern, food was good, staff very helpful. Room was not comfortable, quite load at times, but most annoying was the bed. Two single matresses zipped together does not constitute a double bed, if I had wanted to try and sleep in a masive dip, I would have pulled over into a layby and slept in a ditch. Worst night sleep ever in a hotel, even heard soemone else on the phone the next morning compaining of the same thing.

Hotel,very clean and comfortable,staff helpfull and freindly,breakfast was very good,lots of choice.Room clean and as we expected for over night stay,(we stayed in manchester to see Take That),Overall excellent stay..yes would use again.
“Not Impressed”
Surprised to see this considered as a three star hotel when there is no room service available. Staff very casual - probably meant to be "relaxed and friendly" but it just came across as uncaring.
