"Staff was very friendly, check-in was insane waited almost whole hour to check in, if you can make it go early. Lots to look around before checking in. Splash park was fun for the kiddo. Food was good Overall worth it! We only stayed for a night before leaving Korea. Would been nice if it was more than a night! Added breakfast and it was the best!!! So much better than all inclusive in Mexico 😂"

"When I ate at the La cuisine the staff there took away the finished plates before I even finished all the food. Also, all the staff were friendly and patient when I didn’t understand them. The room I had was nice and neat. There’s only one thing I have to mention, the bathroom had no lock, I hope you can add a lock soon."

"If you need a night to stay before your flight the next day, this is it. Scheduled a free shuttle to take me to Incheon the next day without any issue. Room was nice and the bathroom was the largest yet in my 2 week trip. Nothing much in walking distance though so the drive was a bit far, but the night time room service was excellent! Overall, very happy with my stay."
