2/10 Terrible

"The front desk staff were very nice but the rest of the hotel was a disaster. Old, run down, very unclean, bad views, bedding old and dirty, refrigerator old and dirty, floors filthy, balcony falling apart. Lots of areas broken, rotted wood, bad painting etc. I was hoping breakfast would be better, it wasn’t. If this is the way the management group runs its other hotels be careful. This hotel was obviously a distressed asset bought at a bargain price but failed in doing proper renovations most likely due to budget restraints."

"had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and a pleasant experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future."

"The staff was excellent. Polite, helpful and friendly. We had a family suite. It was acceptable for our ine night stay prior to our cruise. The place is dated and could use some updating. The A/C only worked in one half of the room. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, pharmacies. Tge pool is on a neighboring property. A bit more attention to the astetics and it would be great."
