“Not bad for the price”
I wouldn't expect 2 1/2 stars, as most of the amenities were disbanded, but as a room and a bed, it was pretty nice. For the price, I would definitely come back.

Staff was friendly and quite healpfull. Room was empty of everthing. The TV was green to watch. They did not replace it.
“OMG, Don't stay here!”
If saving money is your number 1 priority and cleanliness is your absolute last priority, then stay here. If you care at all about cleanliness then run as fast as you possibly can away from this place!
“Its ok if you keep low expectations.”
The hotel is a bit dirty and the tub is stained. There are holes in the walls and the pool is over chlorinated and makes the surrounding area smell musty. The air conditioning barely worked and most of the staff were rude or creepy. There were some very rough guest staying there at the same time we were. It was a bit scary and the only possitive thing I can think of is that it has a good location. If it wasn't race weekend I would have switched my reservation to the Holiday Inn 2 blocks away.

I can only assume this hotel lost it's accreditation with any national chain. Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. Location was good given all downtown hotel rooms were completely booked
“Piece Of Junk. Never Stay Here Again”
This was a nasty place. No hot water. Not pool or hot tub. No breakfast. Don't know how to clean the place. It was a really dirty place. They said they forgot to tell me that there was hot water out of half the place. The grass was 2 ft high. No cars there except for me. I will never stay here again. If you want to stay somewhere for low price and nasty go right a head. Can't even take a shower. EWWWWWW.
“Save Yourselves!!!”
There were more broken windows than you would believe. Both pools were drained, there is no weight room, sauna, restaurant, or bar. There are warnings regarding theft and vandalism all over. None of the ice machines worked. All of the security cameras we saw had the wires ripled out. Cigarette butts and other miscellaneous paraphernalia were found in our room. We were terrified!!!
