“Marriott Indy North”
This hotel felt like my home for the four days I stayed there while I was house-hunting for my new job (I'm relocating from Miami#. The staff were friendly and professional. I had a balcony with a water view. Very delightful. My room was very clean, the climate control was exceptionally quiet and could be set very precisely for a comfortable temperature, the beds and pillows were heavenly, and room service was fast and delicious. The complimentary lemonade the hotel serves in the lobby in the afternoons was some of the best I've ever tasted. Kudos to the chef for taste and for the inviting appearance of the display. The indoor pool was a nice addition #although I never had a chance to use it). Wonderful place to stay and I'd highly recommend this property.
“Recommending to all my friends”
Warm & friendly-from the first step inside we knew that we had found a great place to stay. The hotel is located slightly away from Keystone shops on a beautiful pond. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the staff greeted you with a smile and willingness to make your stay memorable...and it was! Hats off to the staff and management-we are looking forward to our return stay!
“Typical, respectable quality of a Marriot”
I have never been disappointed by a Marriot and this trip was not any different.
“Nice place to stay in a nice area”
Our stay was brief, but nice. We were visiting our son in Indy and spent most of our time away from hotel. When we arrived at hotel late at night and very tired there was a wonderfully comfortable bed to dive into. I was asleep in 2 seconds flat! The breakfast buffet at hotel was hot and varied, and included eggs or omelets made to order. The lake behind the hotel is great for a walk or run. It's exactly a mile around it. Staff was nice and helpful. Would stay here again.
“Great Place To Stay”
My wife and I were in Indianapolis on a business trip and stayed at the Marriott. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the hotel service. The employees were extremely nice and accomodating. As for the room, the view of the man made lake was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in. The room also had a lot of space and was quiet.
“Great location”
Everything you need in the area - and close to the DT area.
“impressively clean”
The hotel was quite clean and comfortable....found the hotel breakfast to be a bit expensive for the quality.
“Can't wait to go back.”
Excellent hotel. I am very impressed everytime I visit.
“Great customer service”
When a cab didn't show up to drive us to a Christmas party a mile from the hotel (we didn't want to drink and drive), one of the bellmen got his private vehicle and drove us there. He gave us his cell phone to call him for a ride getting back to the hotel later if we needed it.
“Would recommend”
Nice staff, nice place
