“Big Dave's Stay”

very clean, had flight out of Indy 6:30 am, wake up call on time ,took their shuttle to airport and left my car there. When I got back called and shuttle was there in 10 min.

The Ramada Indianapolis Airport is a reasonably priced hotel that provides easy access to the new airport terminal. The airport shuttle is very helpful. Also they can accommodate long-term parking if you are flying - arrange this ahead with them. Breakfast offered a broad range. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The room was huge with WIFI, plenty of TV channels in good quality (HD), conditioner, soaps and lotion provided (the maid had forgotten the shampoo). The white towels were fluffy, coffee service, hairdryer and ironing board were also provided and there was a granite counter in the bath. In addition to the king sized bed, which was very hard, here was a couch, chair, desk with comfortable ergonomic chair, coffee table and numerous lamps. The sheets were good qualtiy, and the carpeting was in good condition.The heater was individually controlled and very sufficient to heat the extra large room. The free breakfast the next morning was advertised as continental, but had delicious hot items as well and everything was the correct temperature and in generous quantities. It was very clean, self serve in a lovely dining area complete with a large HD flat screen TV tuned to the latest news. All lighting, ice machines and the elevator were clean, in top notch working order and perfect working condition. I was allowed to keep my car in a well ighted parking lot, took the hotel shuttle to the airport, and upon my return was met promptly by the shuttle. The driver stayed to be sure my car started and that I had directions to the nearest gas station and to the interstate through the construction zone. I would rate this as a 5 star experience at a 2 star price!

I was amazed at how this hotel, workers, lobby, dining room, continental breakfast with many choices, room, comfort etc was absolutely just as fine as the much higher priced and more star rating other hotel that I had just stayed at in Skokie,Illinois. The people that cleaned the rooms and worked in the dining area were also especially nice and helpful. It was very quiet except for one night out of the six nights that I stayed and that was from some 3AM partiers coming in for a short time.The shuttle and driver to the airport at the end of my stay were also great. He was friendly and helped me with my luggage and drove safely.

Great place to stay

“Very good place”

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed it as a place to stay over before we flew out and after we returned late from our flight.
