“One of the best hotels in Istanbul”
A superb hotel. Beautiful view at Bosphorus, cozy rooms, nice staff, excellent breakfast. The Zuma restaurant offers very delicious food but you need to make a reservation for dinner. A little bit far from Taksim square but you can catch a taxi.
“usual high level service from a radisson sas hotel”
Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful--typical of other Radisson SAS hotels my wife and i have stayed at. This hotel's location is idyllic on the Bhosphorus.Dining room is excellent. While there is no swimming pool, you can't go wrong staying there.

What a fabulous, romantic location! Right in the beautiful Ortakoy District on the shores of the Bosphorus...close to excellent shops and restaurants...I hated to leave!

“Excellent Stay in Istanbul”
Very nice Hotel with a fantastic view to Bosphorus. Concierge helped us with everything (Watertaxi, Busrides, Taxi, Food, Reservations, etc). Friendly and helpful personel throughout the whole hotel. Change of rooms to a junior suite without problems and possibility to have a good bargain on that. I certainly recommend this place, allthough the ride to the city center (taksim or suleiman) takes its time.
“See Bosphorus (Istanbul) from here!”
We paid the littke extra and got a front Bosphorus view room, and it was very well worth it. Istanbul is already a one of a kind, amazing city itself, and this hotel made it extra special for me and my wife. Highly recommend.
“High standards of service and accommodation”
Hotel is in very good condition and is well maintained. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The location and terrace for breakfast give great views. The only drawback is that traffic is rather busy around the hotel so please leave some extra time for traveling.
“Great waterfront location”
Hotel room was modern and comfortable, location on waterfront was great. Hotel restaurants are VERY expensive - do not recommend including breakfast when you book your room. There is a lovely restaurant a block away called The House Cafe that has a very pleasant outdoor seating area and an excellent, reasonably priced breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Sightseeing tours arranged through the hotel are recommended - bypasses queues for tickets and getting in to popular Istanbul attractions.
