“Nice Hotel - Poor Food”

The hotel is fine - HOWEVER- the food at the restaurant was awful. We had the continental buffet for breakfast. The fruit must have been prepared several days before amd the muffins and bagels were stale. If they want repeat business at the restaurant, they will have to do better.

“very nice, very new”

I think i was one of the first people in this room. it was VERY nice and the staff was great and quite plesant. it is a wonderful place to stay in the Elmira area.

“Always a great hotel”

My only complaints were the slow service in the restaurant in the morning but in all fairness they only had one person working and I did not receive my foam pillows which I requested. Otherwise always neat and curteous staff. Good value for the money and would recommend to all Cornell parents.
