“Smokin'”
Had a great one night stay here. Were able to smoke and drink in comfort and the property was a short walk to the public monorail station, that took us to downtown concert venue. Room was clean all but used coffee filter in the maker from previous guest. Room has full size kitchen appliances and Big Refrigerator for ample cold storage.

“Consistently excellent for my needs!”
I take my MBA final exams at Jaxonville University and have to hunker down for 3-5 days each time, so I can't afford distractions or things that didn't go smoothly. I pick this specific hotel not just for its proximity to the exam site but because it's been exactly what I've needed each time and they are consistently excellent.

I found all employees to be extremly polite and helpful during my entire stay.

I especially love the very roomy refrigerators. I bring my own cooking utensils and knives, though. This place is my first choice for all my needs at an affordable rate. The front desk is always helpful and gracious - far more so than most other hotels.

“Extended Stay America-Great Value”
Stayed at this hotel for 4 days prior to a cruise to the Bahamas. Great value for the cost. Very satisfied and recommend this hotel. Full size fridgerator and stove for those who feel like cooking. Dishes and cooking utensils were supplied. Housekeeping checked with us daily to see if we needed service and gave us clean towels. There is also a laundry room on the first floor which we used before the cruise. Less dirty laundry to bring home. I don't recommend walking around at night in town. Felt a little uncomfortable. Suggest the Riverwalk across the river which is only a 10 minute drive. Seemed safer.

It is almost impossible to find such a quality hotel with such a low prize since it is walking distance to downtown Jax.
