“Beautiful facility, low cost”

Highly recommended. Large room at a very reasonable price. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Large flat screen TV. Nice fitness center. Included a fantastic complimentary breakfast with a generous variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Don't see how you could do any better than this.

“Great & Convenient to Airport”

Great place to stay the night before an early flight. Hotel staff was very friendly and place was clean and spacious. Will definitely stay again when flying out of JAX.

“Excellent room; best bang for buck!”

Great room for the expedia rate. Clean, well maintained property. Front desk staff was fast and efficient. Room, king standard, was large, partitioned, large flat screen, kitchenette, and shower was extra big. Would recommend to anyone, adult or traveling with kids. Will stay here again if I travel to Jacksonville.

“Hyatt Place Jacksonville”

The hotel looks very standard from the outside, but the rooms are equal to many I've stayed in during trips involving very upscale properties. The staff could not have been nicer. We had a very early morning flight and planned to turn our rental car in the night before. The staff not only picked us up after we dropped our car off but also offered to shuttle us to any of the restaurants in the area. In the morning, we came down to catch the shuttle to the airport and it was way earlier than breakfast time, and yet the staff got us fresh orange juice and coffee to go. I was truly impressed, would not hesitate to either stay here again or to recommend it. It is truly a gem.

“Amazing value”

I was very impressed with the Hyatt Jacksonville Airport. The rooms were very spacious. We had a room with 2 doubles and there was a seperate seating area with a very large couch. There was also a desk that you could set up a laptop on to do work and a kitchenette with a small refrigerator. The entire room was very clean. The beds were more comfortable than most hotel beds and the linens were nice and clean also. All of the staff that I encountered were very pleasant. I was in town for a wedding so I didn't get a chance to check out any of the amenities that were offered. The one complaint that I had was with the continental breakfast. There was not much offered at the breakfast, no hot items at all unless you paid a ridiculous amount for them. Overall I was very impressed with this hotel and a lousy free breakfast would not turn me off of staying here again in the future. The extremely spacious rooms more than made up for the lacking breakfast. Our family of four easily fit into the room with plenty of room to spare. We could have fit at least 2 more people into the room and still not felt cramped and this is not the case in most hotel rooms I have stayed in.

Very smooth transaction. No problems what-so-ever. Loved how the reservation information was repeated back to me prior to booking with my credit card. Agent was very professional. I would use expedia in the future.

“Very clean hotel with friendly staff”

We only stayed one night, but had a great experience here. It's close to the airport and is new and nicely decorated. It may just be because we were in the South, but the staff members were really friendly. We loved it.
