“Great place to staqy”
The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent, probably one of the nicest and most helpful staff of any hotel I have visited in a long time.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 3 years for an annual business conference. I always enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly and efficient, my room is always comfortable and clean, and the hotel overall is very classy.

“Enjoyable experience”
Parking was slightly inconvenient with only two options; valet or pay lot next door. Staff was excellent. Bathroom a bit outdated but room was clean and very comfortable. Convenient to downtown. Enjoyed my stay.

It is a very centric hotel, considering there is not much to do in Jacksonville. It does not look like much from the outside... but its fancy on the inside, with a fancy restaurant, attached bank and activity rooms. Our room was great all over. Perfect for couples. My husbend loves de big flatscreen tv
“Location, Location, Location”
Second time we have stayed here due to location to downtown. The Jacksonville Landing is right across the street so no need to drive anywhere. We attended a local concert at one of the bars this time and before at the Colleseum which was a short taxi ride away. The hotel is wonderful and only one of two on that side of the river so no worries about gettting back across (walking or taxi) to other hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful,and available 24/7. You do have to pay $20 for valet but can park yourself in the lot right next to the entrance if you want. Pool on the 4th floor and open until 10pm. Pleanty of entertainment and food close by.

The staff was awesome and friendly. They brought us a mini refrigeration and a microwave to our room. There was two beautiful weddings going on. Our stay was perfect all the amenities was more then what I expected. To add the picture shown is old the rooms are modern and the tv's are flat screens.
