“can't wait togo back”
the rooms was clean, the hotel was clean and the guest at the hotel was nice
“Clean, convenient location and great prices.”
This was my second time staying at this hotel and I will continue to stay there each time I go to visit my daughter at UNF. It's a close drive to UNF, downtown (Jacksonville Landings) and not too far from the beaches. It's in a nice area and the hotel is clean and comfortable. No frills such as workout rooms, internet, etc... but that's not why I'm there.
“Comfortable and very good value”
For the money a very good value. Nice location to resturants - major highways - felt safe. The only issue is paying $9.99 per day for internet access.
“Great value for the money”
For the money I spent, it was a great place to stay. It's at a great location near I95 and close to several sitdown and fast food resturaunts. If you're looking for an economy hotel, this place is it.
“Red Roof Southpoint”
While the hotel was situated a fair way out of any central hubs , busses were frequent and there was a mall not too far off. Also there was a Bank of America within walking distance eventhough the staff did not know about it.One thing I did miss was a gym ,but soon discovered some great jogging routes. It was quiet and clean and when on business was more than adequate.

“Excellent value, comfortable beds”
Just a great value. Close enough to UNF, easy access to I95, close to various eating places. Very clean, very-comfortable beds (we went with the upgrade to the king-size beds) and well-appointed (a desk that actually had enough space to work at). The coffee/cappucino machine in the lobby was nice, but it *would* have been nice to have some kind of breakfast offered - that being the only criticism.

I was in town for 1 night for a race. The hotel was in a great locale just of I-95 & easy to find. Room was comfortable & clean: great for a short business or overnight stay. Front desk staff were very helpful & friendly at check-in & out & even gave good directions when asked.
