“excellent!”
Initially ... the hotel seemed 'pricey' ...however, experience convinced me that the excellent service and quality (overall) made (tuirned) that experience to an invaluable bargain ...Thanks Sheraton! Thanks Expedia! I look forward to my next Sheraton / Expedia experience!
“Jeddah Sheraton”
The hotel is ok but there are two buildings, the old building is far from the reception which make it unconvenient for guests.

NOT GOOD. ITS NOT DESERVE 5 SRAR . ITS A HOTEL 3 STAR.
“Disappointed”
The room was NOT clean at all. The furniture is very old. The coffee maker was full of dust and there was ants in the room!! Not to mention that the bathroom sink had unclean water. I wasn’t able to wash my hands. Also, when I ordered tea, they had it in a small old pot which did not keep the water hot. Overall, I was extremely surprised and disappointed that it is marked as a five start hotel because it is NOT!!
“not recomended at all”
Room not ready as we arrived early, told we could have the use of another room and ours would be available 4pm. Thought this was great so headed to the beach. Got back to be told our room wouldnt be ready till 10pm. Spoke to the manager as were not happy with this. We were offered a suite and told they would put another bed in there as we required twin share, so we headed out thinking ok we will shift into this when we get back. Came back at 11pm went to see this room and they hadnt put the other bed in there. In the end we were given a twin room but in the area that was under construction, it was dusty, dirty and certainly not up to the standard you would expect from the Sheraton, very disappointing
