“Decent hotel.”

Stayed here in October 2010. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were decent. Not fancy, but ok. Included breakfast was very good.

“The right hotel in the right place for the right price for an average couple like us.”

My wife and I have stayed in hotels in numerous countries of the world and the Leonardo hotels in Israel were all very satisfactory with nothing to complain about. Generally the complaints I read say more about the miserable person submitting their opinion than the hotels they stay in.

“Good hotel in Jerusalem worth considering”

The hotel is large size Leonardo chain hotel in the north east part of Jerusalem. It is located close to the highway so it is very safe and still close to the old city. We booked a family room and got a very nice room in the 8th floor with some view to the old part of Jerusalem.

“Great Lobby & Staff”

Location is great. We walked to the Damascus gate every day, and then navigated thru the shuk to the rest of the Old City. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choices, and again, great staff.

“the worst Hotel ever stayed in!!!!”

sorry for sounding so negative but really mean it, i had whats called the business floor rooms, that are the better rooms, i never had such a bad experience with a hotel, i got one pillow than was thinner than a towel until i got another one took 2 days, the fridge wasn't working in the room, it took 3 days to get fixed, the food was bad news!!! i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
