"I love that the property is right on the river with the beautiful outdoor space available to relax in. I like the unique family suites. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean. Breakfast is good but exactly the same every morning."

"Carpet was dirty and scary to walk on with bare feet. Toilet was running on arrival and difficult to make it stop running after flushing. Shower was nice. Two large towels and one hand towel for two guests. Kinda works. Bathroom fan is noisy. Non smoking rooms but the permanent guests all do smoke. Never tried the TV. Breakfast poorly stocked and no one around to refill the coffee or fridge. Beds were comfortable for my back."

"While booking there was no mention of the hotel being beside railway tracks.. There were louds trains going by all night and we were on the other side if the hotel facing the river?? Beautiful hotel but way too noisy to sleep.. Great to have 2 restaurants on site. The sharkbite pub on site was great... Tasty food amd bsr with good prices.. Beds super comfortable with good size rooms..."

"The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the jetted tub, so we were disappointed to find that the jets didn’t work properly. It ended up being just a large bathtub instead of the jetted tub that was advertised. Overall, the room was nice, but since the tub was a big reason we chose this hotel, we probably won’t be back"
