Good food, great location next to family and friends. Comfy bed, clean rooms, free drinks and meals. It can't get any better than this.

This is one of the nicesthotels we have stayed in in visits to 45 states in thge USA. A most welcoming atmosphere and features such as the get toigether for free food and drinks at 5.30 p.m. appealed. Excellent breaKfast available quite late which appeals on holiday. Very comfortable room.

Again, it was all good!!!! Couldn't complain about a thing. Breakfast was good, help was friendly, hotel clean and well taken care of. Raykeisha (sp.?) was an exceptional employee!!!!

My stay at the Drury Inn & Suites was an excellent experience. The staff was courteous and helpful with everything. I will stay here again on my next trip to KC.

“Amazing Customer Service”
I was amazed by the customer service of this hotel. I needed to find transportation from the hotel to the stadium. The staff spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with me helping me find transportation options. Our stay was wonderful. Everyone was incredibly friendly. In the morning, though, we discovered that the pool was not going to be open. We didn't have time to go to a neighboring hotel that offered swimming during the closure. We mentioned our disappointment, but said that we understood the situation and had only a little time to swim anyway. The manager, though, said that she wanted us to come back to swim in the pool once the heating element was installed to see how nice it is. She gave us a voucher for a free stay so we could come back to swim once the pool was working. It was just one more added joy to our stay! We will definitely return!
