“Great deal on a great hotel”
The hotel was near the downtown area and Country Club Plaza, meaning it was easy for us to walk or drive to see various sites in the downtown area. I was there for a race, and it was less than 3 miles away, yet much cheaper than the hotels in the downtown area. We also loved the studio set-up; it was nice to be able to bring our own food and refrigerate it on the premises.
“Wonderful experience - would stay there again”
The hotel was in a great location, just a couple of miles away from where I was attending a wedding. The room was clean and comfortable - somehow I always feel more at home in an extended stay hotel, where there is a kitchen. The best thing about the hotel by far was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. There were two different people at the desk on the two separate days I was there, and they were both exemplary in their courtesy and sunny dispositions. They made me feel quite at home. They didn't even make me pay the wi-fi internet fee, since I was only staying one night. I would most definitely stay here again.

I love the kitchen, and the location was perfect...a short walk to the whole foods grocery store and liquor store! Thank you.
“Great deal by the Plaza”
If you want to stay near the Plaza you can't do better for your money. I've stayed at this location seven or eight times and I've never had a problem.

Good location and having kitchen area was convenient. Would recommend and stay here again.

It's very simple. Location is good. Good for short stay. Suggest hotel to provide hotel receipt when check out.
“Just right Hotel”
Hotel is very nice n comfortable. No flairs or anything like that. If your looking for a place to stay, close to shopping and restaurants, quiet. This is it!! It's not a high end hotel, so don't look for a bar, pool and all the amenities. Fee parking so it helps. Although they charge a One Time Fee for internet, it's good if you staying there for a longer time but not for 1 day. Bring your own shampoo, coz not included only tiny bar soap ( u can ask for more)
“Good location, reasonable”
It's not the Ritz, but it's a great location and it's better than basic. Functional describes it best. Starting to look a little worn around the edges, and the staff does put forth a "casual Friday" appearance, leaving one wonder where the professionalism is stored. But it's efficient, and good value for the money.
“perfect location”
hotel was great overall, night desk workers barely spoke english nor were they helpful. No ice machine. Was very nice to have a "kitchen" in the room. Made it feel more home like.
“It wasn't bad”
The staff were extremely helpfull and went out of there way for me and for that reason I would stay there again. The room was ok, could have been better but it by no means was the worst. All I can say is that the staff was awesome!
