“Nice place!”
Good location for nice restaurants. Close to the Overland Park Convention Center. Nice breakfast offered and the staff was very friendly. Would go back there again.
“There are two Hyatt Place in Overland Park!!!”
Very commonly confused with the other Hyatt in Overland park. Not only did we land at the wrong one, but over the course of two days I overheard 3 others that also landed at the wrong hotel at some point or the other.

Very easy to find, clean and comfortable and sports a huge flat screen tv! Lots of room, small refrigerator, a locking safe for valuables, personal coffee maker, feather pillows and feather comforter on the bed... We booked a king bed room on the third floor. I found the bed extremely comfortable, however, my husband thought it was too soft--is that even possible? There were a million kids there during our stay so we weren't able to use the pool (outside only). Continental Breakfast until 10am with eggs, bacon and extras for purchase. Bakery available too--The cookies were awesome! The only complaint we have is that the door to our room rattled. Any time another guest would shut their door, ours would rattle--loudly. It woke us up a few times (more than likely due to the million kids, all under 10yrs old).
“Overland Park's best kept secret”
I have stayed at many hotels in the Overland Park area and this one is right at the top for comfort, cleanliness, and customer service. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I will stay here again!

Both the room and hotel were very, very clean and well appointed with creature features. The rooms are spacious and quiet; the bathrooms are on the small side though. The hotel is positioned well, freeway access is easy and directions to get back are straightforward. The area while focused on business has several dining and shopping choices.
