Property Amenities
Aston at Poipu Kai features six pools scattered throughout the resort, each with barbecue grills for guest use. There are also two hot tubs. Beach paraphernalia and videotapes can also be rented from the lobby activity desk.
Both wireless and high-speed wired Internet access are available in the resort lobby and public areas. Parking is complimentary.
Rooms
This condominium resort offers 372 large and light-filled units in low-rise buildings. All include large furnished lanais or patios with views of the resort's tropical grounds. Unit decor varies, but most include rattan furnishings and Hawaiian-print fabrics. Full kitchens, washer/dryers, and separate living areas are included.
Kitchens include stovetops, dishwashers, cookware, dishware, utensils, and linens. Though not air conditioned, the units contain ceiling fans and have many windows for cross-ventilation.
Smoking is not permitted inside hotel rooms.

“Great Place to Stay”
This is a great place to stay if you want a quieter place to hang out with a close walk to beautiful beaches, great snorkeling spots, Old Koloa town and Poi Pu Shopping Village. Poi Pu Kai is a great part of Kauai... probably the nicest spot to stay on the island if you're looking for something fairly central to the other parts of the island. The grounds are beautiful as well. You have the use of a kitchen which helps to save a bit of money by not having to eat out for every meal. We stayed here for 10 days on our honeymoon and came home everyday to a spotlessly clean place with fresh towls and linens. We loved it and are looking forward to returning someday down the road :)
“Planning on going back”
Extremely impressed with accommodations and all personnel. "Checking in" was fast, friendly and courteous. Not air conditioned, but with the tradewinds and ceiling fans it was very comfortable and relaxing. Would recommend this place to all my friends.
“We would stay here again”
We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our room. It was decorated very nice, clean, and had a wonderful view. We would stay there again.
“Perfect hotel w/great location”
Fantastic location for some of the best beaches on the island. Great space in the hotel to sprawl out, and the fully furnished kitchen was priceless. Definitlely worth the price, great hotel.
“A great place to stay if you wish to self cater”
This was a wonderful place to stay for us. We are in our sixties and needed something relaxing where we could be ourselves and cook for ourselves. We were there for 2 weeks - most people seem to island hop. The home we stayed in was well equipped and was cleaned every day. Its just a short walk to the beach as well as 2 swimming pools. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. If we ate out it was in old Koloa. The Italian restaurant provided a great thin crust pizza!We love ice cream and can recommend the Lapperts store. In the Lihue area we loved the soup and sandwich store in Kikui Grove shopping centre.

WE LOVED OUR LOCATION NEAR THE BEACH. IT WAS QUIET, CLEAN, RELAXING, AMPLE, GOOD AREA TO TAKE LONG WALKS TOO. GREAT. :)

“I love ResortQuest!”
This was our very first trip to Kauai and our first time staying at ResortQuest. We loved staying at ResortQuest at Poipu Kai. Our Condo was very clean with many ammenities. We loved the lush landscape and easy access to the beach. The maid service was excellent and the pools were very clean as well as the hotubs. A very nice relaxing place to stay in beautiful Kauai. We will definately use ResortQuest again.
“Great location and great condo!”
Two of my family members and I stayed at the hotel at the end of October, 2006. We had a great 2 BD, 2 bath condo with full kitchen and living room. The spaciousness of the condo was perfect for the 3 of us. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff friendly and helpful. The facility does not have AC, but we did not find this to be a problem as the ocean breezes nicely cooled the rooms day and night. We loved our stay and plan to return as soon as possible!
