“Charming, old Hawaii-style villas”
Built into a hillside, garden setting, with good ocean views. Easy, pleasant walk to Brenneke's, and Poipu Beaches. Good food, and shopping all close by. Most units are no a/c, but the tradwinds blow right through you condo. Some floorplans are two-story; some are single, but could be on the third floor, w/ no elevators - so specify, if this is a problem for you. Pool and changing rooms were nice, but under used (Everybody @ the beach!). Staff were great, and reponsive, though you probably won't need them much. The grounds were very well maintained, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the native plants. The after hours check-in proceedure works well, and check-out was easy, and fast. Very quiet, and peaceful...But that's why you chose Kaua'i, right??
“Misrepresented Condo”
Suite-Paradise represented we were renting what was discribed as "Extra Deluxe" This unit was not "Deluxe", and especially not "Extra Deluxe". , this was mis-represented by Suite Paradise, and although they did send repair people there a number of times, we had to spend time dealing with plumbing and electrical issues.The condo was old and dirty. We had been recommended to use Suite-Paradise, which was a disappointing experience. Our objection is that we paid for something that we did not receive. In the end Suite Paradise was not prepared to address this.
