“Excellent and very spacious hotel”

“Excellent physical property.”

Should ask guests not to use TV too loudly. Especially after 11:00 pm Guests shouldn't come to Breakfast without shoes. and at least get dressed properly.

“Will Stay There Again”

The television wasn't working correctly in the room I was given. The staff tried to get it working but when they couldn't, they quickly moved me to another room. Prompt and personable service. I was very satisfied.

“OK to stay”

The room was very nice and everything was just fine, except that when i pulled the pillow away from the headboard, there was some reddish waxlike material smeared on the headboard. The rest of the room was clean and the safe was missing the key to lock up my personal items. The breakfast crew was very polite and attentive.

“Unexplained water issues”

The water pressure was poor and while showering, the water turned a brownish black. It was completely unnerving and their solution was to go to a different hotel to allow everyone to shower. The could not compensate me directly as I booked with expedia instead of directly through their hotel.

“Dirty room”

We have stayed at this hotel 5 times in the last 7 years. Not ever again. The room seemed clean when we walked in. We unloaded a few things and sat down on the bed and looked around. Underneath the chair (maybe 3 feet away) was a black tank top from the previous guests. Are you kidding me? Was the room even cleaned? Vacuumed? How do you miss a black tank top under neath the chair? We are talking a regular chair with legs, not a recliner - this shirt was IN PLAIN VIEW. Disgusting. There are many other hotels to choose from within 1/2 mile, pick a different one.
