I didn’t like the fact I had to pay cash only for the security. However, I did like the normal-sized refrigerator accommodation in my room. Don’t see that very often.

Cockroaches in the room. Trying to charge a pet fee of $25 per animal each day, not pet friendly. Charge for a lost key. Cigarette burns in the bathroom. Poor attitude by some staff. Coffee area chained off before 10 am. Dead bolt didn't work. The door looked like someone kicked it open.

The room was horrible. Not what was advertised online. The room looked like a kid painted the place. Holes in the walls. The beds were hard and had a plastic covering that made noise every time you moved. The covers were thin and itchy and had cigarette burns. Will never stay again. I want a refund of my money. Never will I stay again.

Staff was friendly. The bathroom had mold, the sink barely had water coming out of it. Room needs to be patched up and painted. They should have their continental breakfast open until 11am. They are only opened till 9am, a lot of guests are just getting up then.

We reserved a non-smoking room but were placed in a smoking room. It reeked. The room was dirty, holes burned in the blankets, roaches in the bathroom.

The hotel is located a couple of blocks off Barrett Parkway and I75 easy access. There are 2 other major brand hotels grouped together alongside it, plenty of parking and the exterior of the complex is well maintained. All of the staff are courteous and attentive. The interior of the lobby, public areas and rooms is dated but functional. The room I stayed in had several maintenance/repairs issues. The room was tidy but could use a through deep cleaning especially the floors. I walked on floor wearing white socks which was very revealing. I mentioned to a housekeeper that I saw a couple of tiny baby roaches and showed her where something had bitten me on my stomach. She and the maintenance man immediately inspected the room and addressing the issue. The location, professional staff and well maintained exterior are compelling reasons for me to stay there again to see if the accommodations have been remodeled

Good stay
We came in a little late but the young lady in the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is under renovation and the room we got was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was the only real let down but still it’s always a plus when it’s available.

An employee busted in my room at 12:10 am for no reason and i jumped out of bed ready to defend myself… I didn’t realize it was an employee and no one should have been trying to enter a room without calling, knocking, or saying something. I went to another hotel after not being able to go back to sleep for a few more hours. Terrible experience.

The front desk staff was pleasant and as accommodating as they could be given the knowledge that they were provided. As far as my room was concerned, the first room that I had, the door would not secure properly from the inside. I was then moved to another room on the second floor which had a moldy/mildew smell to it. I didn't realize that the smell was coming from the bathroom. When I woke up the next morning to try to get my clothes ironed, I discovered that the iron and iron board was missing. Later that night when I returned to my room, I attempted to reheat the food that I had purchased earlier only to find that the microwave still had food in it from the previous guest.

This is the worst property I ever stayed at. They have turned this inn into long term rentals. The room was a disaster. Holes patched in the wall- no drinking cups, no towel rack. Roaches everywhere! Next door was a crying baby. When we asked for another room, they said they were full. There were only 20 cars in the lot so they were NOT full. We left at 2am because of the BUGS!

When I arrived at check in, I had reserved the king size room, was given a double Queen. The double Queen did not have air conditioning. So had to go back, get another room and was given a single Queen. Which was a little inconvenient for us. The room we had the mattress needs to be replaced as we kept rolling towards each other toward the middle of the bed, and you could see that the mattress was very worn. Otherwise the cleaning staff was very polite and courteous. And we did find roaches, so we had purchased Roach traps for our stay. The water in the shower of the hot and water were reversed, the toilet you had to hold down the lever until it cleared and under the bed, it was never cleaned as there was cat toys and a lot of debris. My friend and I we made do with the arrangement. Says we couldn't afford to go anywhere else at the last minute.

This place is a DUMP. Even Motel 6 seems luxurious in comparison. Sink only has hot water, no cold. Bathroom door poorly painted over a horrible bright yellow to try to hide marks which are still very visible. Furniture very scratched and banged up. Walls and trim banged up. The only redeeming quality is the room doesn't smell. I feel like I've been RIPPED OFF. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Do not book or stay here. German cockaroach infestation and overwhelming smokers smell in room. The staff was trying their best but the entire hotel is a dump. Rooms that were just trash collections of broke down furniture were seen through open windows. A pitbull on a leash was going crazy in the parking lot. A woman was sitting in the hallway smoking something. The poor staff knew how bad it was and tried anyway to have good service. Days inn should be ashamed this is a part of their chain with their name. Whoever owns this own does not care. I was offered a refund as soon as I said roaches because she knew it was a problem in the hotel. I still got billed for my stay. And hope that i can quickly resolve getting all my money refunded as promised.

Cold place in Hill
I didn’t even make it in the door of the office before I realize I made a mistake on picking this property to stay in. It was an emergency and I was glad that the people for informative about the rooms available. The rooms were horrible. They smelled like stain mop water. The walls were mixed matched colors. There were no outlets on the switches and the air conditioner unit had a crack so big you can stick your finger through it to the outside of that wall. The blinds were missing, so there was no coverage except for sheer curtains.
