“Excellent Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica”
We had an excellent stay and were well looked after. The food arrangements worked well, and the food was of excellent quality. The only blip was a non-working safe in the room.

Just returned from a fabulous holiday to kingston, jm with my friend and I have to say I wasn't expecting the service as excellent as this hotel Staff are very friendly, always on thr go and always helpful It's within a nice setting with either view of pool, gardens or mountain Also try the melting pot restaurant in the hotel. Superb quality food and drinks
“Stressful experience with a front desk staff.”
The hotel and its surroundings were great. The only problem I expreinced was with a member of the front desk staff who was unwilling to get housekeeping for a problem I was having in my room. At my adamant insistance house keeping did correct the problem.

Was very please with my stay at the Knutsford. Location was very convenient to shops & stores. What sway me to pick this hotel was the Continental Breakfast they provide. The condition of my room was clean plus the grounds @ the hotel. Would go back. Thanks Knutsford & Expedia you guys Rock.

“lovely place”
I liked the breakfast given each morning as well as the currency exchange. I found out the hard way that going to more funds in Jamaica cost me less at the bank of nova scotia than national commercial bank.
“SERVICE AND QUALITY”
The staff is very professional, courteous and extremely accommodating. The ambiance of the hotel is great and the food is above par. I highly recommend for the price above the Hilton and definately above the Pegasus. I would always choose the Knutsford for their service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
