Our room had a funky smell. The walls in the bathroom looked like they had leaking issues and the bathtub looked like mold growing. The hotel is conveniently located, but the room itself was horrible. Will not stay here again.

They didn't have enough blankets and sheets. We had a room with a pull out bed with no blankets or sheets. Beds were horrible. Mold in pool room. Peeling paint in pool room along with shotty concrete repair. Night staff was not friendly at all. Not enough pool towels and the hottub kept breaking so no bubbles. Was very disappointed in quality of hotel. Fridge was broken but they did actually replace it with a working one. Seems like nothing has been updated or taken care of since hotel was built. Will not be back!

Location and parking for a week in order to travel was a plus. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired as did the noise from the gym being heard upstairs until 11 pm.

The included breakfast was very good. The hotel is conveniently located a half mile from the Knoxville airport. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to the property letting people park their cars in the parking lot while they leave town on vacations or business trips. My wife said it is a service they advertise. I don’t feel the parking lot is big enough to accommodate that service.

Breakfast is unacceptable a single waffle machine and it's 30 minutes to be able to eat. The sheets smell bad. There is damage to the walls.

Each waffle takes 2 1/2 minutes to cook thoroughly which is standard with commercial waffle makers. If you would have notified the front desk that you were displeased with your room, we would have rectified the issue.Thank you for staying with us.

Don't go for the hot tub, but otherwise good.
Nice hotel and was excited that they had an indoor hot tub. Until I tried it. Basically it was a warm bubbly experience in about 2 1/2 feet of water. No jets to speak of

24/7 don’t count on it
Front desk whining about the only person working and wouldn’t provide 24 seven shuttle pick up how to take an Uber guess you have to make reservations well in advance for airport pick up also carpet looks dirty. I did get a nice ride in the morning there a shuttle to the airport, and the only person working front desk took me there.

That the pool and jacuzzi was not working. I paid for that amenity for me and my bf. And we couldnt enjoy it. The beds was hard and hurt both our backs.

I rented two rooms. One of the rooms was NOT previously cleaned before being rented to me! The same room was also INFESTED with BEDBUGS my mother and daughter had already spent two nights in the room before we discovered that there were bedbugs in the room. My mother did complain about being bitten by something she assumed it was a mosquito bite. I was awakened by a phone call from my mom saying that she couldn’t sleep because something was biting her in the bed. I went over to inspect the situation, pulled the covers back and discovered little bugs everywhere. All the manager could do was apologize! I also expressed my concern that the room had not been previously cleaned, and she could not verify the last time that the room have been sanitized properly! I would advise you NOT, to stay at this hotel. I am currently back home washing and sanitizing all of my belongings that we took on the trip. Praying that I don’t end up with BEDBUGS in my home!

Had the bed space we needed for a family of 6, but otherwise it was meh. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke a few times. My son and I had issues with breathing...I think there may be mold in the AC or the building. We stayed at a family member's house the last night of our reservation so we could rest and "breath easy." People at the desk seemed annoyed to be working. Breakfast area did not feel clean and fresh. Maid did not come to clean once...I didnt expect anyone on Thanksgving, but the day after would have been nice, at least. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

There was a hole in the back wall of the shower that was covered with tape and the tape was loose. Mold was present on the lower wall next to the tub on the left side or the end with control's for shower. Hair dryer did not heat and was taken to the front desk for replacement.
