“Great Experience/Definitely Recommend!!!”

Everything was what I expected it to be and I was very pleased with the service, cleanliness of the room, the continental breakfast, and the location to the interstate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay here again. I stayed here for a business trip which lasted a week.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely professional and polite. Our room was very nice and the bed was a perfect dream. The is going to be my choice for future visits to Knoxville ! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good nights rest in a comfortable bed. Oh, and the checkout time of noon is by far the neatest thing. You don't feel rushed to get out of your room like many places I have stayed The breakfast was very fulfilling and That alone for just 2 people saved us 15 to 20 dollars for food !

“very nice”

This hotel was extremely clean. The room was done in all white including the comforter, which makes me think it is cleaned everytime someone stays there. The only problem with this room ws it was very small but i would swap small foe clean.

Very nice and clean place for an extremely reasonable rate, not downtown, but only 10-min drive away.

My husband and I stopped here for the night during our road trip. We were very impressed with the value of the room. It was small, but very clean and well kept. The bed was more comfortable than more expensive hotels that we've visited! We would stay again if we are in the area.

“Microtel Knoxville Tennessee”

Greeting was friendly enough; but not as friendly as its sister hotel in Hamburg, Pennsylvania. Mattress lumpy and uncomfortable.

Microtel. Everything shrunk down but all you need. No bells and whistles. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Only negative was the built in blow dryer was worthless. Bring your own if you need one! Overall would recommend for the price.

“Okay for the price”

We stayed here because of a last minute out-of-town funeral. To be honest, I usually get my hotel rooms on the "name your own price" site...but there was little selection there because of a big football game. So I'm used to getting more amenities for the price. Expedia was having a sale, so I was able to get this room for a halfway decent price. The room is very basic...no frills...as I saw on another review, it does almost feel like a hospital room. The bed was comfortable though, and we had a refrigerator in the room. I like that there were interior doors, and the staff was friendly. The location was great...very convenient to restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again if my options were limited, but I'd probably try to find somewhere else first.

“First time in a Microtel-very pleasant. For a budget I was expecting unclean. Very clean.”

Staying in Macon, Chattanooga, Nashville, & Johnson City on this trip I had the most pleasant stay at this Microtel because of it's cleanliness and helpful and friendly staff. Of course these rooms are smaller, but provided all the needed space for my personal comfort and business activities.

“Bargain-priced but excellent quality”

Friendly, helpful staff. A great price for a nice place to stay: we stayed 3 nights.
