Pavilion Samui Boutique offers 70 air-conditioned accommodations with fireplaces and CD players. Balconies open to courtyard or garden views. These individually decorated accommodations have separate sitting areas. Select Comfort beds feature premium bedding. 32-inch LCD televisions come with satellite channels, free movie channels, and DVD players. Guests can make use of the in-room refrigerators, coffee/tea makers, and minibars. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers, bathrobes, slippers, and makeup/shaving mirrors.

“Great hotel, comfortable stay, great locaion”
Our stay at this hotel was incredibly comfortable. Our room was the perfect size and came with a DVD player and iPod dock. The beach is warm and clean and the pool is also warm and beautiful. The location was fantastic. It's at the end of "the" busy street so we were super close to walk to shops and restaurants and street food without having to be in the thick of it. On Sunday's they have a street market just out and to the right and it's fantastic! We had free wifi in our room and if we were burnt out from a god day of traveling we got drinks and food at the 7-11 and watched movies on the in-room DVD player. We had a little pool outside our ground floor room which was fantastic to cool off after a busy day of touring. The hotel rents out cheap scooters and Koh Samui is nice and small to travel around. The staff were very helpful when it came to getting wifi in our room and the buffet breakfast has a little of everything.
“Pavilion Samui - DIVINE”
Our stay at Pavilion was absolutely gorgeous, first time to Koh Samui so I'd not booked our full two weeks, instead trying out hotels in Chaweng and Lamai then making the decision where to stay an addition four nights later - there was no question, Pavilion it was. The location is wonderful, literally a few minute walk from all that Lamai beach offers; the rooms are gorgeous and the bed was literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful, I struggle to fault Pavilion in any way. If the budget allows I strongly suggest the Grand Pool Villas or Ocean front pool villa - worth every cent.
“Beautiful beachside resort!”
Made to feel like royalty, lovely helpful staff, great position, beautiful hotel, delicious cocktails! The only thing that lets this place down is the meals, they were not very tasty! If they fixed this element of the hotel I would give it a 10/10! However we will defiantly be back.
“Too Many Errors”
We booked this hotel almost 2 months in advance and also confirmed before leaving Australia to ensure the booking was ok. On arrival, it was clear our booking had been misplaced, we had to wait twenty minutes before they worked it out, and then they gave us what possibly used to be a linen cupboard as a room, it was dirty, dark and not worth the money we had paid. When we complained they just kept telling us the hotel was fully booked so we had to stay in the room, we continued to complain and then got upgraded to another room, and signed a letter that said they were upgrading us for the full 3 nights we were staying at the hotel. The next day, we received a phone call to tell us we had to move rooms because they needed to do maintenance, and that we would be put back in the black hole that was our original room. When we asked who came first, us the customer or the maintenance crew, we were informed that we were not priority and they couldn't lose the maintenance funding. After much complaining again from us, we were moved to another room, signed another letter and were finally left to ourselves. Despite this being a lovely resort, too many errors and a complete lack of customer service left us unable to recommend this hotel.
“mis-selling a hotel”
the staff were inexperienced, we were not made welcome, the lunch (a la carte) was terrible, the upkeep of the general area was poor, the bed was harder than the floor and the furnishings were ancient.
