"Loved this hotel. Great neighborhood. Amazing mochi donuts in the bakery. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very good traditional Japanese restaurants within walking distance."
"Short walk from Rinku Town station. Booked a basic room for the night before heading into the city, but got a massive upgrade to a suite instead which was amazing! Great views, plenty of amenities in the room as if this was a long term stay. Wished I could stay longer. Shuttle bus is only one way to airport, and there are limited slots so it needs to be booked in advance."
"Very clean room and the location was incredible. Close to night life and shopping. The major train station was a 4 minute walk away. For rainy season it was convenient to walk under a roofed mall to the entrance of the hotel."
"This hotel had a wonderful Onsen, which we thoroughly enjoyed each evening. The property feels warm and welcoming even though large hotel. It was close to all transportation and easy place to stay to see the sites. Would come back here again!"
"The hotel’s location was great. Had to walk a little to get to the main areas but not a long walk. I felt a little catfished with the size of the rooms though. The room looked much bigger in pictures than it was in person. The room was so small to get ready in that we spent most of our time in the lounge/balcony area. The lounge area was probably our favorite part because the rooms are tiny. I expected rooms in Tokyo to be tiny but even this one in Osaka was tiny."
"No where did it state that if you wanted to use the public bath no tattoos were allowed until we checked in.
Pool on roof is closed until mid July, and I saw if you wanted to use it - priced around 1000Y per hour.
Bed was horrible.
First hotel I've been to that didn't have umbrellas guests could use.
Recommend not staying here, unless you dont care about the above-mentioned the location is what takes the cake. Great."
