“Quality hotel”

The hotel is just a short walk from the train station and just as close to the central square. The room was very clean and well equipped. Even a choice of soft or firm pillows. Front desk staff was extremely efficient. I stayed here many years ago and will stay here again the next time I am in Krakow.

“Great time in Krakow”

The Holiday Inn was a great place to stay.The staff could not have been more helpful and were very pleasant. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It is situated just off the Plante and within easy reach of the main square.

“Will return next year!”

Excellent hotel, spacious and comfortable room, perfect location, friendly and efficient staff. Overpriced breakfast not up to much, far more choice and value for money in main square. Will be returning to Krakow next year as there is still so much to see and do and will look no further than the Holiday Inn, if the price is as competitive as this year.

“excellent location, friendly staff totally recommend”

clean, cloae to all tourist attractions, near the old city, the new city the Jewish quarter. Staff very helpful, and helped us out when we had trouble with Isangoo tours. Recommend this hotel to any traveller

“A great hotel in a great city!”

The hotel is in a fantastic location! The staff are very helpful and accomodating. My only small issue was that there were three of us in a room that should have been for two people. So more space would have been great but I cannot fault the cleaness and lovely shower!
