Hotel Maya is your ‘boutique urban resort’ in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You can experience the newly refurbished 5-star hotel featuring spacious rooms, spa, trendy food & beverage outlets, and many handy facilities adding on to the total experience of Hotel Maya.
With its resort-type environment, Hotel Maya sets a new benchmark for a unique yet pleasant experience: When you enter the Hotel Maya, your senses are truly transported to exotic realms!
Located in the hub of the business and commercial districts adjacent to Kuala Lumpur’s famous Petronas Twin Towers, Hotel Maya is an epitome of class with a twist of nature.
The stylish interior of the hotel is finished with bamboo paneling, a pathway over the flowing water and elegant furnishings create an ambience that is both contemporary and compelling.
Our name is derived from the word Maya, a familiar citation in the Malaysian language meaning ‘illusion’ or ‘dream’ which harmoniously embody class, inspiration and vision.
Our logo was conceptualised from elements of nature. Bronze dominates to represent this noble metal, whilst the blue curve on the ‘y’ indicates the water element. Both simultaneously signify nature to depict our boutique urban resort concept.

“nice holiday ;)”
nice hotel highly recommended ***** the breakfast is very delicious also hotel's staff are very friendly
“Excellent value, great staff”
Our room was upgraded on arrival, which was quite a perk! Bathroom was luxurious as was the bed. Floor to ceiling windows provided a stunning view of the city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating- we had a late flight and they let us use the spa facilities after having been checked out all day. The gym is small if that matters to you. As is the pool, which I wouldn't recommend for kids. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed the Maya and its modern decor!
“A boutique hotel with 22 floors!”
Really good hotel, had a boutiqe feel to it despite it having 22 floors. The rooms have a modern look to them, and everything that you need in them. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. Only real downside was their inability to make a decent coffee! Try as much as you can to request a room on an upper floor as the rooms are only single glazed and can be a little noisy but also try to get one with a view of the twin towers.
“Hotel”
Great hotel, still the room needs a little work but gather this is a new hotel so think they may have rushed the opening, just a few tiles cracked in bathroom but overall very lovely hotel. They also have a Skylounge which offers complemtary teas and coffees in the evening and the views of the Petronas Towers is amazing, we even had stunning views of the towers in my bedroom
“Excellent except food”
Highly recommended hotel with excellent location and service. Food at the hotel restaurants are below average though except for the included buffet breakfast which was good. Very convenient location in the centre of KL. Service was first class- would definitely go back to stay there.
“Hard to top for friendliness, helpfulness and convenience”
This was our first visit to Kuala Lumpur and to some extent we were concerned that all arrangements would go to plan i.e. pick up from and to airport and hotel accomodation etc. Thankfully all ran smoothly including the preceding communication by email to/from the Maya. Staff very helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with the outcome and relayed our thanks to the Maya management.
“Great Hotel, great location.”
I loved the view from the room's windows....... The best location for a hotel.
