I enjoyed so much,,hotel staff very friendly and honest....the Hotel at the middle of everything.....beautiful hotel and people....I will recommend to everyone......thank you
“Great hotel”
All the staff were fantastic, not a sad face amongst them. Great hotel, only drawback the noise outside around the pool from building works and traffic. Food was good though a bit expensive, but loads of restaurants a short taxi ride or mono rail ride away.Would certainly stay again. 5 star easy!
“Biggest outdoor pool in K-L.”
Stayed at hotel for two nights 30 dec- jan 1st 2012. check in took about 20mins and room still not ready at 3p staff at recepion very slow. I must say the pool was just great got to be the biggest outdoor pool in K-L. Good place to stay for twin towers and KLCC ten mins walk away. Would def stay ther again 5 star hotel in a great place.
“You MUST stay here!! Amazing!!”
Upon arriving at the main entrance we were greeted by the most friendliest staff I have ever come across! They took our suitcases straight away and we checked in, and 10 minutes later they arrived with our suitcases in our hotel room. The pool is cold, but such a nice atmosphere, the swim up bar was a personal favourite. YOU MUST get the buffet breakfast. They have the biggest variety of food! Even a chocolate fountain! I loved everything about this hotel. Next time i'm in KL, i will go back to this hotel! Location is a min walk to the monorail (which connects to all the major train lines at KL Sentral station) and about 5 mins walk to the Twin Towers. Good location! The staff were so friendly. They're always asking if we need anything or can be of assistance. And when we walked out of the hotel for a day, they would say "Keep your bag close to you and don't show anyone your passport". Everyone should stay here. Good for families, couples, friends... anyone :)
“Very nice hotel!, good location, very good bkfst”
Very nice hotel. Great location ! Petronas twin towers are 10 min walking distance with plenty of shops and food options. Across the street is the visitor information services, so they can even arrange tours for you =) The service is very good. The breakfast is great! many options and good food quality. Also the pool is very nice.

nice hotel prices via expedia was much cheaper than booking with travel agent or hotel directly. please be sure to select the internet breakfast in yyiour reservation.
“Dial "0" - for delighted to serve”
With a motto of Dial "0" - for delighted to serve; it lives up to all expectations. Extremely friendly staff that are always eagar to please and accomodate all requests with a smile. Location of the hotel is also great - near a train and monorail station.
“Excellent Location & Servce”
It was an excellent location. It is close to all major attractions. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The room is very spacious. The swimming pool is awesome. I definitely would stay at the same hotel again.
