“Great Choice!”

Great location, great service, great rooms, not so great view, but for a city this is not the first thing I'd look for... Starhill gallery is connected via a bridge and it's first class shopping and tasty dining there. Enjoy!

“Ritz Carlton KL”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They upgraded me to a two bedroom suite that was not only large, but well appointed. It was absolutely gorgeous. The butler service was great. Very attentive and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The spa was nice. The pool at this end is far nicer than the regular pool. If you go to the spa be sure to bring a swimsuit so you can enjoy the large pool. The treatment rooms were cozy, but the massage itself was only okay. But maybe I am just not used to the Malaysian type of massage. I had several in KL and none of them were that great. I think the therapists at the Ritz KL could be better trained.

“Great Hotel in Prime location”

The hotel was great and in a fantastic location connected to an amazing mall and near to all the restaurants and malls on Bukit Bintang. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and the overall service was excellent. Had a great time and would definitely stay in the same hotel if ever in KL again.

“Very Nice!”

Very clean, very nice. Two small complaints, but did not make me that uncomfortable. One, the thermostat didn't seem to work. It was a comfortable temperature, but I wanted to turn it down just a couple degrees, and no matter what I did with the thermostat, it didn't seem to have any affect. I was there a week and never did notice any chance in temperature. Also, I set the hotel soaps and everything out of my way to make the bathroom less cluttered, but after they would come straighten my room, they would put them back in the way. I put them in the drawer to be further out of the way, and they still moved them back into my way, so that was a little strange to me.

“One of the best”

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at... from the location to the staff, from the room layout to the Club Lounge, from the butler to the overall value for money. I'll be back when I'm next in KL.

“Excellent value”

Best value for downtown KL. Typical service one comes to expect out of the Ritz, and very affordable. Have stayed here several times, and will continue to stay at the Ritz when in KL.

“The RITZ will always be the RITZ”

The RITZ is always known to be an elite five star hotel with a classic theam , and the KL ritz is no exeption. The location of the ritz in KL is the most important featur but the view is not that special and breakfast is not included in the offer , like most of KL five star hotels.
