“Clean and reasonably priced”

Clean, reasonably priced hotel. Close to a commercial center to be opened soon.

“Adequate”

Not a bad hotel but in need of some attention to room maintenance detail. I turned down 3 rooms before I was happy with my room and usually I don't have an issue with the rooms I am assigned at hotels. The location is very nice for walking along the waterfront which is 4 or 5 blocks away but it is not anywhere near the downtown. For the price it seemed like a poor value but in the context of Kuwait pricing, it may be better than I perceived.
