“Great Place to Stay”

Hotel was in an great location, close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms was very spacious and clean. The employees very personable and helpful. The breakfast was great with good variety and plenty of it.

“Amazing relaxing place”

Great stay, really oversized rooms, you get two queen beds + a couch, a refrigerator/microwave, all comforts; just outside downtown Lake Geneva. Unfortunately you won't be able to walk there, you need a car even if it is a short distance, since the hotel is on the main street and there is no sidewalk.

“Friendly service”

Compared to many of the other hotels in the Lake Geneva area, this one certainly offered the most bang for our buck. The continental breakfast was great, and the staff was very accommodating. The swimming pool was a bit small, but the water was very warm, so no complaints! The location in relation to what Lake Geneva has to offer is excellent; it's not right on the lake, but it's close enough that you can bike everywhere in town (just about everything good is within a one mile radius). Will definitely consider this hotel next time we're in the area.

“Very nice and clean hotel. It looked like a new hotel!”

The rooms were the cleanest I have ever seen. The beds were very comfortable. Just a very nice pleasant stay without breaking the bank. Some of the other hotels in Lake Geneva are way overpriced and not near as nice as this was!

“Pleasantly suprised”

“Nice place to stay @ Lake Geneva”

As with any resort area, the prices for the room were more in keeping with something a bit more posh. However, the hotel was close to town, the breakfast wonderful, and the rooms quite large, clean and comfortable. The ice machine on my floor (2nd) didn't work, and after the first day I had to hunt down the maid to get more shampoo and coffee, but all in all, it wasn't a bad experience. The air conditioning in my brother and his wife's room didn't work, but the motel moved them to one with much better ac after the first night. As mentioned, Jon, the manager on duty when we checked in, was articulate, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff during the rest of our stay? Not so much.

“Comfortable stay in Lake Geneva”

Girlfriend and I stayed here for the weekend during Winter Fest. It's a very short drive to downtown Lake Geneva. Our room was very spacious and the hotel itself is very quiet. We're making this our number one place to stay when we want a quick getaway.
