"The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast buffet was excellent. My only complaint is that the airport shuttle to the hotel, which was only a couple miles away from the airport, took over an hour and a half to pick me up at the airport. My pick up was scheduled at 8 PM and they didn’t get there till after 9:35 PM. Probably 50 or 60 people came and went from the shuttle parking spot before I got picked up. Most people only waited about 10 minutes for their pick up."
