“Clean, Friendly and Comfortable”
Received such a warm welcome from the hotel reception staff. Room was immaculately clean and it had nice shower facilities. It's about a 15 minute walk from the Pleasure Beach, but there's a tram stop just outside the hotel. Breakfast is good if not a little chaotic. The only downer was that on the day of departure our car got blocked in the hotel car park owing to an inconsiderate guest. Highly recommend this place.

“Fantastic Hotel for the Able Bodied traveller”
This was a top class hotel, very clean and up-to-date - with one exception. The lifts were from a by-gone era with old metal shutters which had to be shut both on entering and on leaving the lift. About 20% of the time someone had forgotten to close the cage meaning the lift was out of commission. The lift was also very small and I don't think it would have accommodated a wheelchair. However, this hotel has only 3 floors and if you are young enough or fit enough the lift would not be a problem. Overall we were more than happy with the hotel, it was definitely the best we have ever stayed in.
“very nice”
The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the pleasure beach, right on the sea front. Parking as well which was good! The breakfast was also very good. Would reccomend it as a place to stay
“Will return”
The "Carousel" hotel was in a perfect location for visiting my family, who live in South Shore, Blackpool. Food was superb and varied. Entertainment most nights (for November)was good.Major selling point is the excellent staff team. We have never visited a hotel before where everyone of the staff work together so well.10/10
“Good Hotel”
Been at this hotel twice and both times I had no complaints. Rooms were clean and had everything I needed for a one night stay. Breakfast was good but not always as hot as should be. Would certainly stay again at this hotel.
“Best Three Star hotel in Blackpool”
Best breakfast I have had in a Hotel of this rating. Some minor irritations in the use of small coffee and tea dispensors and the subsequent delay in having them topped up. If you want to make sure of your complimentary newspaper, make sure you book it with reception at night, they forgot to tell me. The room we had was very clean and well decorated, complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities were very welcome. An excellent choice and I would not heaitate in recommending this hotel to friends etc. Thank You.
“Line dancers!!!!!!!”
Arrived at the hotel only to find no " Queen Bed "as states on your booking form in fact the hotel dont have any that size, so managed to upgrade to a bigger room with king size bed. The hotel was taken over with Line dancers for the whole weekend therefore other hotel could not use bar area to have a meal as all tables were reserved for the line dancing party, also there were notices up asking other guests not to join in the dancing as this was for the party only. I was annoyed really as this sort of thing should be pointed out when booking as we were unable basically to use the hotels facilities.!
“If you have to go to Blackpool - stay here!”
Brilliant promenade location - close to the pubs and clubs. Clean room, reasonably comfortable, poor breakfast but at least it was included in the price.
