“Had great time!”
Very welcoming and polite staff - great food - thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
“Not that bad!”
I have stayed here recently so know that it needs a tidy up but for the price I paid it was great! Also, the staff that I met were friendly, helpful and absolutely do there best. I hope to stay here again!

Overall view is very good. Cannot say much for the other amenities offered as I didn't use them.

“Comfortable and Clean”
Upon our early arrival, we were greeted well. They were willing to accomodate us by having the room ready ASAP (but the cleaning staff overlooked a pair of used sox left in a drawer by the former customer). As new arrivals to the area, we had questions about services, and the staff responded immediately. The bar meals were served in a timely manner and quite good.
“An easy place to stay.”
We were really impressed with our room, it was clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. We had a bar meal in the evening which was ok, not the best but the breakfast in the morning was lovely. Overall the facilities were excellent but if staying for a couple of nights it isn't really for the young (no music in the bar)!! Overall good.
“Not impressed”
The hotel, including the bedrooms are in a very poor state of decor, with wallpaper falling off the walls. Also the room we were first allocated had a toilet which didn't flush and a hand basin which a plug which was faulty. Although reported no action taken. The corridors are dark and dingey with many lights not functioning.

Cost too high for room service £6.95, other hotels its £2.50.
“Disappointed”
The whole hotel needs updating and just wasn't pleasant to stay in. The best thing about the room was the shower that was good but the rest left a lot to be desired. i will not be staying here again I'm afraid.
“Preston Swallow”
The room was very dated, floorboards in corridors need replacing, very sqeaky. The TV in the room was old, not even any 'Freeview'. I'm afraid as a hotel I was not very impressed.
