A very Good Value holiday destination, Staff very friendly and helpful. from booking your taxi to help your needs. the top floor have a fantastic view of the Island south. very safe and staff very honest by nature.would recommend Highly.

“Three and half dim stars”

The hotel had vacant rooms when we arrived but we were given second floor. There was a gutter opposite our window so the balcony was of no use, We had to keep the balcony door closed to avoid the smell. Sauna was not working nor was steam bath. Initially we were told that house keeping, Bathroom cleaning will be done only when we leave the room or once in three days. This was a surprise for us as this facility was rated 3.5 Stars. Location is also average as there is no nearby beach or shopping for local trips. No info brochures for local trips or sight seeing was availble Prem karani

“Buyer Beware”

Welcomed in the room by lizards and roaches crawling on the floor. Torn towels to use and no drinking water provided. Even though it is a service apartment we expected at least water to be provided considering you cant drink tap water there. Stained bed linen with bed springs popping out and hard pillows that you would instead prefer sleeping without it. Phone in the room was only to call the reception, could not make external calls even through the reception and apparently they 'didnt know' when it will get fixed. Unfortunately we booked the hotel for 5 days including continental breakfast after looking at the rating in Expedia but we were so wrong. Continental breakfast included local fare of fried and greasy noodles. The scrambled eggs were burnt and boiled eggs were hard boiled as stone. Juice was watered down. Beware of the refund policy as they have no-refund policy if you want to make a change even more than 24 hours earlier. we had to pay extra to stay at another hotel near the beach for a night for 1/3rd the price . Location was noisy with blaring music being played around the area which could be heard even on the 11th floor. Also, this place is about 20km from the main attractions Cenang and Tengah beach which is difficult to travel without personal (or rented) transport. No professionalism as this is run as a family business.
