“Cyprus's Best”
Outstanding across the board. Speedy check in, excellent service, great drink and food choices, outstanding security. Unusually excellent for Cyprus.
“Always try to stay there”
I first started staying at this hotel, simply because it was convenient to where I needed to be. It is close to where a good deal of the financial businesses are located. Now I stay there for the people that work there. They go out of their way to make everything smooth, even when it has nothing to do with the hotel itself. For I was having trouble with lost files on my computer due to an automatic software update at the same time I was condensing files. One of the staff heard my grumbling and ran down the hotel computer specialist who spent a couple hours trying to restore my files. I got my files back and the hotel just considered it part of being a guest. I go to Nicosia about 3-4 times year and always try to stay there. I've been disappointed the couple times they were fully booked and I had to stay elsewhere.
“Great Buisness Hotel!!”
Really loved the staff at this hotel! They bent over backwards to assist me and my colleagues! The rooms were great, the food was good, the bar also had a good atmosphere with may local buisnessmen and women holding non formal meetings. It is expensive but worth every penny!

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in for a long time. The staff can't do enough to help, they are frendly and attentive. The building is some years old but very well maintained to a high standard.

Hotel very comfortable, especially the bed. However, food is extremely poor and expensive.
“Comfortable Hotel”
This is probably the best hotel in Nicosia. It is reasonably well located but it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the centre of town. It is very expensive if you decide to eat in the hotel or have food by the pool. Fantastic health club which is free for guests. WIFI available in the room but again its expensive. The rooms are quite large and the beds are very comfortable. Overall a good hotel if somewhat expensive.
“run of mill coporate hotel”
i don't think you will find a much better option for Nicosia, and the food is surprisingly good.
“Desperately needs refurbishment”
The hotel service was excellent as usual. Staff brilliantly polite and helpful. Room smelt very very musty and the whole place needs refurbishment badly. Not up to the standard of other Hilton Hotels in the group that I have stayed at. Overall cost has gone up drastically too, particularly the cost of room service and the restaurant.
