“Just what it is supposed to be”

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable. If you are looking for a good bed and ease of location, this works. Never used the amenities, except for breakfast, which was fine...cereal, waffles, juice and milk, boiled eggs, pastries. Basic and fine for me.

“We loved it”

The Sleep Inn was what we expected and more. Our kids loved the indoor pool. Overall satisfaction was great. Next time we go to Las Cruces we will definately stay at the Sleep Inn again.

Hotel was a good value for the price because it was generally clean and well maintained, a good value, and in a good location near the university. Maintenance staff kind of got on us about kids being loud in the pool. He was kind of grumpy but it did not bother us too much. Some people just dont understand or dont remember what kids are like.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and pleasant. Great location for any type of activity that you may be attending at New Mexico State University (right across the street). Breakfast was not the best (no coffee or orange juice available - must have run out), but overall, a good experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel!!! The pool was clean and great to end a long day. The beds were super comfortable and breakfast was great.

“At the Spur of the Moment”

Made the reservation through Expedia via a poor cell phone connection about 20 minutes before arriving when we were dogged tired from a long travel day. The check-in was quick and efficient and the room better than expected, all things being equal. The bed was very comfortable, the TV provided more channels than some higher priced hotels. Admittedly the bars of soap are designed for just one night; but that's all we were there for. The room was clearn and quiet and the bathroom didn't have a tub. No big deal, because the shower stall is larger than the space provided in the average hotel with a tub/shower. Nice touch. Now, if I were to design a hotel, I'd NOT have the pole and hangers across the entire width of the room, but right near the door. It is a minor inconvenience and maybe good home training taught me not to track things in from outside -- which is what happens when arranged this way. But I was in a much higher priced Washington, DC hotel and they had the same design flaw. But don't let that be a drawback from staying here. Oh, it was conveniently located off I-25!

“disapointed”

T.V. didn't work, no remedy until the second night when we were moved half way across the motel. Pool was not clean, by the second day the kids wouldn't even get in it.
