A 86,654-square-foot casino includes a poker room and a race-and-sports book.
The Sports Pit offers continuous betting action and games featured on high-definition TVs.
Recreation
This Las Vegas hotel has a seasonal 82-foot-long rectangular recreation/lap pool and two spa tubs. Guests can also splash in a cool-water fountain on a sundeck elevated above the main pool deck. Rental cabanas come with mini-refrigerators, fruit, televisions, ceiling fans, and misting systems. Cushioned lounge chairs with sunshades can also be rented.
Harrah's Rio Secco Golf Club, 14 miles from the hotel, offers preferential tee times. The 18-hole championship course set is among the foothills of the Black Mountains. The club includes the Butch Harmon Golf School.

“Long Weekend Getaway”
We got three rooms at a fantastic rate. Because our flight would get in early (11 AM), I called the hotel to see if we might be able to check in early. They said if rooms were available we could have them with no extra charge. Well, when we got there, they wanted $25. (Why couldn't they have just said that over the phone?) The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. No complaints at all.
“An excellent choice among Vegas budget hotels”
I believe harrah's is the best choice for a budget stay in Vegas. The rooms, although small, are very well kept, clean, and updated. Marble bathrooms, comfort foam mattress, flat screen TV in the room and the bathroom...there are great touches for what has sadly come to be a "budget" hotel. Also, it's location mid-strip is a big plus. Oh...and finally, my personal favorites: No resort fee, and no mandatory credit card hold when you check in. When you stay in hotels day after day, city after city, those annoying $300 holds add up.

Everything was good as expected. We also requested if we could get an upgrade and this was done at a very nominal price.

Everything was superb with the expereince except for the check-in. I waited in line over 45 minutes to check-in - one person at the desk which has at least 7 workstations. The waiting line was visible to many employees throughout the Information and Concierge areas, but no one stepped over to assist with check-in.
“No complaints”
Location is excellent (mid strip and on mono rail as well), check in was fast, 'luxury' room was not exactly luxurious, but clean and comfortable)and had a view of the erupting volcano at the hotel across the street. The elevators were quick and staff was courteous. For the price the hotel was good value.

I was very impressed with the room. It was very relaxing, a nice subtle sexy room with a jetted tub for two. Very clean and I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone!

Of all the times that I have been to Vegas this was the best place I've stayed at. It was Perfect, and when I return to Vegas I will defintely stay at the Harrahs again. Loved It!
“First time out and had too much fun.”
Check in/out was simple and easy, room was nice, comfortable and view was pleasant. Had a upgraded strip view room. FYI you see the strip but not up close because of the hotel layout and angle of building. However was able to see beautiful mountain view along with the sun setting behind the mountains. Staff was friendly, helpful and answered my questions or found someone who could. Would go back and stay.
“Very impressed”
The hotel was very clean in general and updated. The rooms were very clean, spacy, and comfortable. The hotel is in the best part of the strip and close to everything I wanted to see. I would definitely stay there with my family again.
