“We loved it!”
The hotel was really good! It was very clean, silent, very nice details everywhere in the room. (Check out the lamps!) We had a short visit and did not use much service, but we have no complaints. The lunch buffet is recommendable, so is the poolarea. They have really succeeded in building a theme hotel, and that is not always a matter of course in Vegas.
“Freakin' Awesome”
I just came back from my trip to Vegas, and boy I gotta tell you, I was very very impressed with the Luxor!! It's such a beautiful place and more than just a hotel and casino. Great and friendly service, lots of great resturaunts to eat in, and fun filled entertainment: from the Blue Man Group show, the Imax 3D ride to the Fantasy topless show... just amazing! The rooms were beautiful, comfy and clean. Room service food is deeeelish! I totally recommend this hotel for everyone! And book the room in the pyramid section, it's awesome, a great view of the rest of the hotel, and connected to Excalibur and Mandalay Bay too.
“Can't wait to go back great deal”
very impressed and was even better than we thought it would be. Very clean. Great service. we stayed in the pyramid lots of fun.
“Best vacation ever”
I have stayed in a lot of luxury hotels, and this one is at the top of my list. The staff was courteous and the hotel is just gorgeous. It is huge, so make sure to use your map or just resign yourself to enjoying the scenery when you get lost.
“What a great hotel!”
I read some mixed reviews before I went, some said the pyramid rooms were tired and the tower block rooms were better. So it was with a little trepidation that I booked one of the top rooms in the pyramid - corner suite with a twin jacuzzi. The valet parking was efficient and effortless. I have to say we were both bowled over by the entrance. We did not see another hotel during our stay as impressive internally as this entrance. Check in was quick and easy and we had the bags sent up. We got a room on the 16th floor and he room was great. Very clean and hugely specious - and the view? Fantastic - view of Mandalay which looks fantastic as the colours change in the setting sun. The fittings may have been slightly worn in places (i.e. not brand new) but certainly fine. The two twin queen beds were huge by UK standards. The cocktail bar on the ground floor was a bit small and uninspiring. The asian restaurant was excellent and I recommend the IMAX on the mezzanine floor. We checked out by dropping the key and card in the slots by the elevators and the car was retrived quickly and the staff were very helpful. A very impressive hotel, especially the pyramid and I for one would be very happy to go back there.
“Friendly and Clean”
Everyone here is so friendly! Our stay was very enjoyable, the service was beyond what we expected. We'd love to stay again! Can't wait to come back.
“Great place to stay”
i recommend this hotel to anyone going to vegas....the only problem is the inclinators, not elevators....when you get drunk they throw you to one side....other than that, this is a great place to stay, just make sure you have your room key or else you cant get to your room from the inclinators
“Very pleased !”
I just came back from staying at the luxor and I'm very please with the hotel. The room was a five star. My wife and I both thought the food at the buffet was one of the best tasting places we have tried in Las Vegas. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
“Our First Trip”
This was our first trip to Vegas and couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our first time there. The Luxor was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed ourselves but would probably go for a Suite or Jr. Suite for our next stay just because we can. :)
“Luxor deserve the name......”
The hotel was fantastic.... Also they have a shuttle that runs for free all day to other hotels, whichs saves you some energy to see more about the strip area. I room was nice & clean, good size... large bath with everthings... So, I recommend the hotel. Definitely I will be back.
