“MGM is tops!”
This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at the MGM. While booking our trip the MGM offered a free room upgrade so when we arrived (3 hours earlier than the normal 3pm check in) we had a suite waiting for us that had a living room and a wet bar and a tiny refridgerator. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom floors were all marble and while that is very elegant its a bit cold on bare feet! But I'd say over all it was a very nice experience. We will definitely go back to the MGM.
“Will be contacting Expedia for another trip”
My experience with Expedia was so wonderful that I will be contacting Expedia to schedule another trip for me and my soon to be husband. We enjoyed at the start of go to coming back home was of the most highest service of excellence from all levels, from the flight to the check in at the hotel. The hotel was beautiful and we loved the suite and the view from the balcony. We look forward to using Expedia to schedule our next trip. We also we reccomend Expedia to our family and friends. Thanks Expedia!!
“Excellent hotel - I will go back”
Outstanding in all respects
“great place to stay”
everything was nice except the pool areas were still under construction so we weren't able to have a look or enjoy any of it.
“Great Place to Stay in Vegas!”
The hotel was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our question. Everything was pretty easy to find even though the hotel was pretty big. The concierge was very accommodating when we asked how to navigate all the attractions on the strip. The only thing I didn't like was there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to pay for coffee and it took them almost 40 minutes to get it to us.
“Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else .”
We really enjoyed our stay at the MGM. The staff was friendly & helpful & worked hard to meet any and all of our wishes & needs.
“we will be back a soon as we can loved it”
had a great time the weather was great and everyone was very friendly and the service at the mgm was excellent
“Would definitely go back.”
We had a totally positive experience with the hotel. Our English cousins were most impressed and we were very happy with the great room rates we got. Parking and check were a breeze. The only down side is the hotel is at the far end of the strip, so requires quite a bit of walking to see it all. Not all bad, because the people watching is always part of the enterainment.
“Great Hotel!!!”
We visisted many of the other popular hotels on the strip - and always compared them to the MGM. No other hotel/casino we went in compared. MGM was so clean and spacious. The casino wasn't crowded or smokey and the staff was friendly and check in was easy. We ate at the RainForest Cafe which is in the hotel and delicious. We also saw KA, the cirque show while we were there, and that too is in the hotel. Great places to eat breakfast, several starbucks as well. Hotel room was VERY clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. MGM had a bridge to New York New York which was nice. Overall it was amazing. Also - side note - MGM is the second largest hotel in the world. Fact.
“Vegas Best Hotel”
I like MGM hotel's great services, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenien location.
